Do you ever get a great night of sleep and somehow feel worse the next day? I can get three hours of sleep and feel fantastic. Then I can get six to eight hours and spend the rest of the day dragging ass. Part of it can be sleep inertia, waking up at the wrong point in your sleep cycle and basically asking your brain to report for duty before it's finished booting up. Sleep quality, consistency, stress, caffeine, alcohol and dehydration can all play a role, too. Obviously, three hours isn't actually enough sleep. Sometimes you just get lucky and wake up feeling good. The human body is an amazing machine. It just occasionally has terrible customer service. #Sleep #Health #Wellness #Recovery #Fitness
