She said no. No to the abortion. No to the pills. No to ending a baby she already loved. In October 2023, Rosalie's then-boyfriend used her information to order abortion pills from an out-of-state doctor. The pack showed up at her Louisiana door. She has said he cornered her, told her she would ruin his life, and watched her swallow the drugs. She ran to throw them up. She could not. Yesterday, that story was in a federal courtroom. Rosalie became a plaintiff in Louisiana v. FDA. and oral arguments were heard in the Fifth Circuit on whether FDA’s 2023 mail-and-telehealth rule can stand when it lets abortion pills cross into states with pro-life protections. Rosalie cannot get her child back. But she can fight, so the next woman is not left alone with a mailed-ordered box of poison pills and an abusive man who won't stop. Share this video.
